The Diamond package
This full service package is for the couple that has the big picture in mind and is looking for hands-on assistance planning, coordinating, and executing their vision. *venue and date must be secured to book*
SERVICES BEGIN AT BOOKING THROUGH THE WEDDING DATE AND CAN INCLUDE:
- Vendor Research and Negotiations
- Up to 6 in-person vendor/venue meetings*
- Monthly planning meeting as needed (virtual)
- Custom Planning and Organization Tools
- Wedding Design
- Budget Assistance
- Coordination of Transportation/Hotel Accommodation
- All services from Wedding Management and Month-Of Package included

The golden package
For the couple that wants a bit more than a day of coordinator, this services gives the couples access to the planner throughout their wedding planning, hands on assistance during the design and the ability to pass off the logistics in the final months.
SERVICES BEGIN AT BOOKING THROUGH THE WEDDING DATE AND CAN INCLUDE:
- Unlimited email correspondence for recommendations, questions, and
advice throughout your wedding planning. - Full vendor recommendation list – vendors whom we’ve worked with and
love, cutting down your search. - Up to (3) three 2 hour consultations to assist with budget, organization,
design, and more! (virtual)
SERVICES BEGIN 3 MONTHS OUT FROM WEDDING
DATE AND CAN INCLUDE:
- 2 in-person meetings with couple and/or vendors*
- Unlimited calls/virtual meetings with vendors
- All “Month-of” services are included and begin 3 months from the wedding
date.

The sparkle Package
Considered our “day of” package” This service is for the couple that’s planned their dream day but needs N. Malone Events to wrap up those final details and execute the day.
SERVICES BEGIN 30 DAYS FROM THE WEDDING DATE AND CAN INCLUDE:
- Site visit/venue walkthrough*
- In-person planning/Coordination meeting
- Weekly planning meeting as needed (virtual)
- Unlimited email and phone correspondence
- Confirmation of vendor schedules and timelines
- Creation of Event Production Schedule and Timeline – distribute to all vendors and wedding party
- Vendor management day of the wedding
- Last-minute errands/pickups*
- Coordination of rentals and transportation
- Floor plan assistance
- Event set up and break down
- Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception activities
- Up to 12 hours of coverage on the wedding day
